In collaboration with Neonized Recors, Kontemplationwelt Ltd. gives release to the first EP of the Deviant Punkies project: "Opening Doors Ep". Lil ´Gon and A.N. are a Catalan duo named Deviant Punkies. This two guys come from very diferent branches and styles. AN, has been Djing since he was 14 and grew up listening styles as Eurodance, Trance and Dutch House. Lil´ Gon has allways been a melomaniac and has been influenced by many styles like Disco, Disco-Funk, electro, Bass Music, UK Garage... never able to opt for a style. Anyway, Deviant Punkiess work under the "WE LIKE" claim! "Opening Doors" is a track clearly influenced by Bag Raiders, Russ Chimes, and all the blog-house movement of the past decade, with four excellent remixes by Bitcode, Gabriell and Acid Pimps. Bitcode, humble and talented Thre3style RedBull champion in 2011, referenced turntablist in Spain, reference to national and versatile electro producer under his two AKA´s (Dj Code and Bitcode) gives the subject a more profound electro and Bass tracks. Bitcode will also soon launch their new EP "Some Bass" Tracy Recordings. Italy? Disco, House music with good movement and good taste. That would be the definition for what Gabriell has been doing in recent years. This fits for his track with a vision of 90´s hard house full of piano and bolognese sauce. Acid Pimps, transgression, music mafia, punkass sound. Acid is the most striking Aka of Edu, hyperactive Majorcian producer, that makes chilly and dance floors terror. The Pimp´s hand is responsible for the EP´s hard gangster track. His remix, consists of two parts, a nice line that adds some Pimps vocals, and a second part dropping all that wobble bass. A remix only suitable for people willing to dance their ass off on the dancefloor!
