Yellowtail has released on Compost Records, Brownswood Recordings (Gilles Peterson´s label) and is a member of Bagpak Music. His new tracks are techy, jazzy and soulful dance music. It´s like an urban flavored mix for your futurelistic life. His tracks can also be found in Gilles´ and Toshio Matsuura´s play lists. Fountain Music is an international label for electronic music based in Aichi-ken, Japan. Starting off by assembling artists from places like Tokyo, New York, Paris, London, Hamburg and Cologne, we at Fountain Music aim to connect the activities of free from electronic artists from cities all across the world. Beginning with our first signings DJ Yellow, Small Town Girls (Elena Lange from Stella`s solo project), Sans Soleil (Transmat, Wave), Popnoname (Kompakt etc.), Yellowtail (Bagpak, Brownswood) we believe that the key to world level quality lies in the eclecticism of the label´s signings. With the releases of artists centering around developing club music, we at Fountain Music want to pave the way for a plurality of DJs.
